For South Beach Art Deco Walking Tour or Cocktail Tour below are parking options. City parking lots and garages cost $2.00/hour. If you park on the street with meter the rate is $4.00/hour. There are private garages which can range $10-$50 depending on season. Peak holidays and festival weekends are up to $40-$50. Weekdays are lower priced at $10-$20.

1. There is free parking in the residential neighborhoods south of SW 8th Street.
To park near the starting point of the tour, the Bay of Pigs Monument, while driving on SW 8th Street (a one way street), turn right onto 1300 BLOCK. You may park in front of any home that does not have a yellow curb.
2. Free parking 10am-6pm in the city parking lot adjacent to the McDonald’s lot (1400 SW 8th Street). It is directly behind the tiny Welcome Center. This is midpoint of our tour. Warning, do not park in the McDonald’s parking lot as your car will get towed.
We do NOT recommend parking on the main street as the meters only allow for a maximum of 2 or 3 hours. Our tours are typically 3+ hours.
